One thing strikes me- I have handmade jewellery in normal and niche on etsy (larger size and petite personalised. I haven&#039;t had one sale on there despite taking time to work out their platform, pushing on social media, researching all elements you say.
It&#039;s a bit disheartening and other platforms have had multiple sales but I wanted somewhere to appreciate my one off pieces and pay higher than ebay.
I am able to sell on ebay.
There are mass wholesalers creeping onto etsy that are in the other platforms which makes me wonder about the unique handmade reputation etsy has.
It seems much harder to get started on etsy than the article assumes. Maybe it&#039;s due to being UK based. I am not seeing a lot of uk success comments though I don&#039;t doubt there are some people with great experiences.]]></description>
