Try adding this high quality, but flavourless collagen protein powder to these delicious detox drinks for the ultimate weight loss combo!

I personally love and use this brand because of the fact the powder doesn’t taste of anything so it doesn’t make food/drinks taste icky! Check it out here.

1. Watermelon and Strawberry Mint Detox Water

This Watermelon and Strawberry Mint Detox Water recipe is one of my favourites. Loaded with powerful antioxidants, this recipe helps to lower blood pressure, alleviate muscle soreness and regulate the blood insulin response.

What you’ll need:

4 cups watermelon in /2 inch cubes, lightly mashed
1/2 pint strawberries, sliced in half
6 sprigs mint (lightly crushed)

2. Metabolism Boosting Mango Ginger Water

Known to boost metabolism and aid in weight loss, mangoes are jam packed with health benefits such as aiding in digestion, boosting your memory, and even increasing your libido!

This tasty water treasure is also super easy to make which is always a bonus. I personally loved adding a bit more ginger than the traditional recipe, but that’s up to you!

What you’ll need:

1 inch Ginger Root, peeled and sliced. Most let the ginger simmer in a pan for 5-7 minutes to extract the taste. I personally use this method and then let the water cool.
1 cup Frozen Mango- fresh is fine too

3. Cool Cucumber Water

Cucumber is famous worldwide for its detoxifying properties, but when added to water, this powerhouse combo really lifts the roof.

Whilst super low in calories, cucumbers are packed with vital minerals, nutrients and healthy compounds which fight systemic inflammation (something which can cause your body to cling on to fat!).

What you’ll need:

1 medium cucumber, cleaned, unpeeled (you can use peeled, but the skin contains some extra nutrients not found in the core), and cut into 1/2 inch slices.

PRO TIP: Make sure to buy organic cucumbers though as non-organic cucumbers are notoriously known to be loaded with pesticides.

4. The Skinny Detox Water

Another metabolism boosting water, this fresh and fruity combo not only tastes great but is packed with healthy vitamins. My favourite fruits to add to this water are: grapefruit, lime, lemon, cucumber, strawberries and mint.

Some people prefer to leave the strawberries out, but if you have a bit of a sweet tooth, adding the strawberries will make the water taste even better!

What you’ll need:

1 lemon
1 lime
1 grapefruit
1 medium cucumber
1 sprig fresh mint
2-3 Strawberries (optional)

5. Dr. Oz’s Fat Flush Water

This heady combination of grapefruit, cucumber, tangerine and peppermint leaves not only tastes great, but combats bloating! Grapefruit is known to be a fat burner and peppermint helps with many digestive disorders.

What you’ll need:

A slice of grapefruit, ½ cucumber, a tangerine, 2 peppermint leaves.

6. Belly Slimming Detox Water

This one is so simple you literally only need a handful of strawberries, cucumbers and some basil.

This is one of my favourite recipes because it’s so simple, plus it definitely works! I drank this every day for a month and lost the stubborn 5 pounds that just wouldn’t budge. My diet and exercise regime didn’t change so definitely down to the water!

What you’ll need:

3 Basil leaves roughly chopped
1 strawberry sliced
3 – 5 slices of cucumber

7. Ginger and Lime Infused Detox Water

Another detox water using the superfood powerhouse; ginger. It’s SO good for you! Heaps of anti-inflammatory properties and metabolism boosting compounds.

Plus, Ginger also contains all of these essential minerals and nutrients: magnesium, zinc, folate, riboflavin, potassium, iron, niacin, vitamins B3, B6, and C. Refreshingly simple, this ginger and lime combo tastes great and makes a great summer drink too!

What you’ll need:

1 inch ginger root peeled and sliced. Most let the ginger simmer in a pan for 5-7 minutes to extract the taste. I personally use this method and then let the water cool.
4-5 slices of lime

8. Tropical Pineapple and Orange Water

This one literally tastes like a drink on vacation, you wouldn’t even know you’re drinking a detox water. A total fat burning powerhouse, this orange beauty is full of vitamin C which strengthens the immune system, speeds up metabolism and even lead to clear skin. Win-win!

What you’ll need:

1 orange, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pineapple, thinly sliced

9. Blueberry and Orange Fat Melting Water

The mandarin oranges in this colourful detox drink are packed full of Vitamin C which is known to increase metabolism and help tone up skin. Tastes super fruity too!

What you’ll need:

2 Mandarin Oranges, cut into wedges
Handful of blueberries

10. Blueberry and Lavender Water

Lavender are edible flowers, so you’re good to put them into your water, and for good reason too – lavender is packed with Vitamin A, a key nutrient for improving eye health, skin and immune system function (which can cause extra weight gain when not functioning properly!)

What you’ll need:

Handful of Lavender sprigs
Handful of Blueberries

11. Raspberry and Orange Detox Water

Looking for a sweet kick but still want to lose weight? This fruity sensation is perfect for you. Packed with vitamin C, this mighty drink will fight inflammation, boost your metabolism and even fight premature aging. Cool right?! I LOVE this one as a summertime treat too.

What you’ll need:

1 thinly sliced orange
1 pint raspberries (lightly crushed)

12. The Cinnamon Skinny

An old classic. Not only does this recipe taste seriously delicious and remind me of fall time, but it has a TON of health benefits for those looking to lose weight quickly.

The phytonutrients and antioxidants in the apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease, and cinnamon is known for its metabolism boosting properties.

What you’ll need:

1 Apple thinly sliced. Cut away the seeds.
1 Cinnamon Stick (powder clogs the water)
